Awards
NorthStar directors Danny Sharpe and Ian Holmes have both been recognised for their work at the annual Over 50's Housing Awards.
In 2009, Danny was recognised as the UK's best director of development in the sector and in 2010, Ian picked up the award for Man of the Year for his delivery of projects and turning the designs from the year before, into actual CQC registered 5 star care homes. Now, in 2011, having picked up the award for the Best Projects Director in the UK Over 50's Housing / Care Home sector, Ian went on to collect the international version of the same award at an evening ceremony which celebrated award winners from across the world at the inaugural "Globals" event at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
